what provoked fundamentalists in doing this? the former pakistani prime minister has been a supporter of the US-led invasion of iraq and afghanistan leading her to be hated by radical islamists. 168 were left dead and scores seriously wounded by the suicide attack
. what a damned world are we in of having people who act against peace. taliban, al qaeda, bush, why don't we live together peacefully?
philippine government in jeopardy
president arroyo's relationship with joe de venecia, her staunchest ally, has gone from bad to critical. de venecia has imposed her an ultimatum on saving the government. he stated that "the government is now in economic and moral crisis" after a series of controversies involving the president like the ZTE controversy, the controversy of the alleged unaccounted distribution of money to local officials amounting to more than 50 million pesos (500 thousand for each). what the hell was that distribution for? if it was for projects, then why was it not accounted? 50 million peso give away of the people's taxes? with this huge amount of money being bribed to the officials, i wonder if arroyo could afford in giving such amount of money from her own treasury, or from the PHILIPPINE TREASURY?
let's be aware and be involved against corruption in our country, before gloria could dig a tunnel to her safehouse in hawaii!
problems in my school marks
i may not be the worst performer in the school or in our classes but my marks were still low. its sad that i was not able to have a line of 9 mark in any subject. my biggest chance could have been finance but with the fundamental analysis required from us, 90 seems to have become blurry. plus, i almost failed in my major subject. almost half of the class survived by having a hanging-by-the-cliff mark of 75. i was pretty lucky of having a 78 mark.

the first two headline are just two of the thousands of problems i am concerned about right now. we need peace, justice, development, and integrity. i dream of this utopia. but this could only be achieved by unity. but with the current situations we are having right now, unity seems to be hard to be achieved. however, unity and peace is not a fallacy. it is attainable. let's start it within us.
